Terms and conditions
Once you have placed an order with Patricia Knowles Florist or PKFloral Designs you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of business. If you wish to discuss any part of these terms and conditions please do not hesitate to call us on 01252 715597 to discuss or email pkfarnham.co.uk.
All flowers and gift products leave our premises in prime condition. Care instructions provided with your flowers must be adhered to. If you are unhappy with the condition of your flowers please report this to use within 24hours of receipt. We can then collect your flowers and replace them if necessary. No refunds will be given if the flowers are not to the taste of the receipant. If the product you ordered was damaged on receipt, we will offer a full refund or re-delivery of the product at the next convenient date for your recipient. We will always endeavour to leave the flowers you have ordered with the recieptant. If the recipient is not available we will first choose to leave them with a neighbour or failing this is a secure location. A calling card will always be left to tell the reciepent where their flowers are. In some circumstances when it is not appropriate to leave the flowers (during times of extreme heat and cold weather conditions, or if we believe the recipient to be away on holiday) we will bring them back to the shop and leave a calling card.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER For peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), we can not guarantee that we will be able to accept changes to orders within 72 hours of the intended delivery date.
FLOWER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTION All the images on our website show flowers that are generally available all year round. However flowers are a fresh, living product and on occasion they some times are not available or arrive from our wholesalers in a condition we are not happy with. Whilst we endeavour to use flowers shown from time to time we have the right to substitute flowers with similar colours and varieties as we see appropriate to the same monetary value.
SENSIBLE PRECAUTIONS WITH FLOWERS
PERSONAL MESSAGES On the rare occasions that your flower order is refused by the recipient we will inform you but no refunds will be given.
ACCESS FOR DELIVERY We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your flowers. If you know that the property is ‘gated’ or has an entry phone system we will ask you to provide suitable telephone number of recipients so we can gain access to the property. In the case of weddings, funerals and other events it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure we have suitable access to venues.
DISCLAIMER Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Patricia Knowles Florist, PK Floral Events and Patricia Knowles Website is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of Patricia Knowles Florist, PK Floral Events and Patricia Knowles Website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Patricia Knowles Florist, PK Floral Events and Patricia Knowles Website impossible or impractical.

CANCELLATIONS Only cancellations which are given at least 2 working days before the intended delivery date may be accepted. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day. To cancel orders, please call 01252 715597 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances. For peak season (Valentine's Day, Christmas period 21st-24th December and Mother's Day), we are unable to guarantee to accept changes to orders within 72 hours of the intended delivery date. |
